Well here I am again trying to lose weight and of course getting discouraged. I lost 5 lbs my first week, 3 lbs the second week, and a big fat nothing the third week. Yes, I know that I'm probably losing inches and gaining muscle....yada, yada, yada. But it would be nice if the scale could help boost up my self esteem just a little. It's 93 degrees a storm is coming and I still need to get my freakin 3 mile jog in today....lovely! On a brighter note.....at least I didn't gain this week!
Just wanted to comment myself because my weight loss has been very successful. Don't get me wrong I still have more to lose, but it's a start. In 2 months I've lost 20.5 lbs. I still have 9 more lbs to lose before my BMI is at the "average" weight instead of "overweight".
